Ma-san Soba
Our signature bowl with pork belly, tender pork ribs, and fish cake in a light, savory broth.
NAHA · MAKISHI / OKINAWA SOBA
Pork and bonito broth, made fresh every morning. A comforting bowl for lunch or dinner in a quiet Naha backstreet.
This website is a portfolio sample by omise.okinawa.
The mellow richness of pork bones meets the clean aroma of bonito in a bowl built around broth made fresh every morning.
Chewy noodles, tender braised pork belly, and a small side of island vegetables. Whether you are sightseeing or stopping by for lunch, we hope this is a place where you can settle in and feel at ease.
Our craft
We never boil the broth aggressively. Time brings together the richness of pork bones and the fragrance of bonito for a finish that stays light and clear.
Guest reviews
The broth was so gentle and flavorful that I finished every drop. The pork belly was tender too — exactly the kind of lunch I would come back for.
We stopped in while sightseeing. The calm atmosphere made this a perfect place to try Okinawa soba for the first time.
Easy to share with our child, and the jushi rice was delicious. Our family likes to visit on weekends.
